Someone else VS That person

Someone else really can't stand that person already. That person seriously make someone else feels disgusting! That person keeps thinking itself  is the one who control, perhaps conquer everything! Someone else just really dunno why and what is the purpose that person will do this. 

OK, someone else admit that itself should take the initiative to go understand the overall concept at first, FINE, someone else's mistake! However, that person seems to be making itself is the most 'powerful' of all and just forget about someone else's presence!
