As you know, i just attended the Amazing Race last Saturday. The next day, when the sun is still sleeping, i woke up. In fact, my whole family woke up, for Ching Ming. That time was around 3.30am, when the whole world are still in a sleeping mode. Before that, i slept for only 4 hours. I am so regret! Fine...=.=
So, when i woke up, the first thing i felt and thought is: Oh my god, my legs are killing me! Seriously, i really can't move my legs. However, i am forced to wake up. So, after i took my bath and prepared, my family got into the car and go back to hometown. This year's Ching Ming is really a memorable one, because the whole family is actually going back to hometown. Even the youngest (7 years old) followed us. And, I can't believe that grandma was following us too! =)
Ok, so during the journey to hometown, i slept in the car, for sure. Tell you, it's even suffering when i woke up (which is also the time i reached my hometown). You really can't sleep in the car if your muscles (especially legs') are not feeling well! It's PAINFUL!
... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ....
Ok, let the time flies to the end of my journey... In the way back to home, my grandma followed my car. And she told us stories about her backgrounds. She even cried. I seriously felt the tears that dropped "taste" bitter....
She is a tough woman. Suffer every single hard time by her own to raise her children (which is my dad's generation). She told me her stories during the journey back to home...
During that time, her brother is selfish. In fact, a foolish! Everyday keeps thinking of money. Until now, my granduncle still behave the same. So, that time was like a normal day. My granduncle and my grandma suddenly fight, for money. You know what my uncle said to my grandma? He said, "What is the purpose you let your son (my dad and my uncle) to have education? Let them go work and earn money for the family! And let me use the money!!" Of course, my grandma rejected his request. So, my granduncle begin to turn mad and cut (not chop) my grandma's hand with a knife. Until now, the scar is still there. Of course, my grandma had forgive him. She is such a great person!
That time, i was like thinking, "Wow! Luckily my grandma did not listen to my granduncle to stop my dad from schooling. If not, i think i am going to sleep in no where and having grass as my meal!" Haha~ For sure, this is just a part of her stories, which is full of "bitterness". And now, she finally can enjoy a better life. =)
