Which has to be placed in the first place? Those things who are important, or those things that are urgent? Most of the time, we are influenced by the situation that we encountered. And more often than not, we can't decide what to do first when both the situation meet up together. Yet, we have to know and be sure of what's important to us. Because, things can be very urgent, but it's not important at all.
#2. Listen，聽
Chinese words, especially the traditional version, is indeed very meaningful. For example, listen (聽). Why am i saying so? First of all, look at the structure of that chinese word. You can easily find out that it's a combination of various words, which are the organs of human beings. 耳、目、心, is exactly what you can find out from 聽. From the word, we understand that when we are listening to somebody, our ears (耳) have to listen very carefully as if they were like the empires. Even our eyes (目), have to look straight into the person's eye as if we are using ten eyes focusing at the person. And finally, we are just going to use one heart (心), paying the maximum attention to what the person says. Therefore, we can say in this way: 耳目一心, which means listen carefully in short. Try it, and you will be amazed on the knowledge of listening.
#3. Visualize your future.
Have you ever wonder how's your future looks like? Most of us live in misery, i suppose. We are not clear of what we want actually. Although there might be some plans going around in our mind, yet it seldom turns into the absolute reality that we dream off. Why? It's because we do not really visualize our thoughts. Make a clear and exact pictures, and do whatever it's in our mind. Focus is the only key to make our visuals come true.
#4. Plan, action, check (PAC)
We know this concept. Yet, we seldom practice it. It's always easy to say, but very hard to do. The only way to make use of this concept is to always remind ourselves. Our friend can always be part of the concept-checker, reminding us on this concept. When we wanna do something, we have to plan. After we have planned, we must take action and finally, do some quality control, or simply just check. It does help a lot on getting work done fast and efficient.
#5. Trusts AND Promises
Humans can't live alone. That's why it's important for us to know each other. From that, friendship is built between the two individuals. Friendship can never ends with trust. Only this can make a friendship worth to treasure. As we can see, trust plays an important role in maintaining sustainable relationship. Therefore, do not ever betray our friend, or our family because a common promise has been built among us, which is trust. If there is no trust, there is no friendship.
