Self-made Spaghetti and Pork-ham Salad

Finally, I stepped into the kitchen for the real business. Haven't been cooking for a while. Oh well, so far, the only dish I know how to make, is Spaghetti. But this time, it is not the ready-to-cook-and-eat Prego sauce. I made the paste my own. B-)

At least, I had fulfilled one of my to-dos for this holiday. TO COOK! So far so good. Cooking skill has improved (I guessed), mom and dad gave compliments, sister finished it with compliments, and well, she also my little helper in the kitchen. And then, the pepper and the mushroom and the salad really helps in whelming the taste, and that anise really helps in enhancing the fragrance.
